Presentation Skills Workshop

I thought that it was going to be a long day. Going back to the HQ at 9 am sharp is driving me crazy.

- Well-organised presentation, clear tone!
- Loudness, clarity, good content. Improve on hand gestures.
- Funny opening, clear talking.
- Loud and clear.
- Very imaginative, smart to put notes on table yahz.
- Eye-contact, clear, smooth, interesting. However, breathing was audible.
- Good hang gestures, good imagination, great for your future! Work it out! Improve on sound intonation.
- Humour, loud and clear. :)
- Quite entertaining, good hand gestures, perhaps more eye contact. Realistic future! Good luck!

I had wanted to leave home at 10.15 am so I could reach NOP at 10.45 am. The Zestril 20mg, Zestril 5mg, Adalat LA 60 and Adalat 30 were waiting to be delivered to Mr. Briggs. Haha. I have to be in the store early enough so Sir JJ would have enough time to pack the medications for Mr. Briggs to collect. Mr. Briggs was trying very hard to be cooperative, so we can't make him wait... He said that he would be "waiting at the entrance at 11 am sharp"!

Anyway, Naren reached the store at the same time as I did. So much for trying to get up earlier this morning... We walked into the store and saw Ron doing telepharmacy. So we took over from Ron. Sir JJ didn't come till a little after 11 am. After waiting for some time, I decided to call Mr. Briggs. He rejected my calls twice! He did call back after some time.

Me: Your medications are ready for collection now.
Mr. Briggs: Really? I don't want to wait. I just wanna come, take it and go out of the place fast.
Me: Erm... (I looked at Sir JJ who was still packing the medications) Yeah, we're preparing them. They would be ready in a few mins' time.

Guess what? He came at around 12 plus pm... Sir JJ was like, "Why make me come so early when he wouldn't be on time?!" LOL. I totally understand...
